The main research interesting: 1) the molecular analysis of the terminal biosynthesis pathway of sex pheromone in silkworm and moths, and the production of silkworm cocoon silk; 2) the molecular mechanism of insect adaptive evolution, mainly focusing on the insect's adaptive mechanism to harmful substances, high temperature and other adversities. I have presided over the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund, Chongqing Science and Technology Committee Natural Fund and International Cooperation Projects of the Ministry of Education. I am participated in the key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The main results have been published in magazines such as Mol. Ecol., BMC Genomics, Insect Biochem. Mol. Biol., etc., and have been cited more than 700 times.
