Research interests
Research Interests: plant secondary metabolism and synthetic biology applications.
Integrated genomics, transcriptomics, and metabolomics techniques:
1 To analyze the biosynthetic pathways and regulatory mechanisms of plant secondary metabolites with important economic and medicinal values, and further explore their application in synthetic biology.
2 To study the metabolism and regulation mechanism of volatile compounds related to flavor in tomato, citrus and other crops.
