姓 名:黄葆文

 

重庆大学生命科学学院特聘研究员,博士生导师,新重庆青年创新人才项目获得者。2018年获得法国图卢兹大学博士学位,2018-2021年分别在法国农科院和法国科学院进行博士后(助理研究员)工作。主要从事果实发育与品质形成和保持的调控研究,同时致力于预防果蔬采后品质劣变的保鲜技术研发。近年来,以通讯或第一作者(含共同)在Nature Communications、Cell Reports、New Phytologist、Plant Journal等高水平SCI期刊发表论文10余篇,授权国家发明专利5件。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上、青年项目、科技部中法杰出青年科研人员交流合作计划项目等,同时主研国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划、欧盟“地平线2020”计划等。

研究方向

 

  1.  以番茄为模式植物,利用代谢组、转录组、蛋白组以及现代基因编辑技术等多组学技术手段,进行果蔬品质形成、采后品质保持以及抗性应答调控的机制研究以及新品种创制和遗传改良。    

  2.  植物激素信号对果蔬发育、成熟与衰老调控的机理研究。


学术兼职
