罗忠,重庆大学生命科学学院教授、院长,获得国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金项目、重庆市杰出青年基金项目和重庆市青年拔尖人才支持计划。一直从事肿瘤发生发展分子作用机制、抗肿瘤药物传输系统的设计与疗效评价、免疫工程化调控以及组织再生与修复的研究。以第一/通讯作者在Nat Commun(4篇)、Science Advances、Cell Rep(2篇)、Angew Chem(3篇)和Adv Mater等国内外高水平SCI期刊发表100余篇论文(平均影响因子12),他引10000余次,授权专利10余项,入选全球顶尖科学家(前2%)。担任中国细胞生物学学会理事、中国生物物理学会微量元素分会常务委员/副秘书长、中国生物材料学会纳米生物材料分会/智能仿生材料分会/复合材料分会委员、重庆市细胞生物学学会副理事长等兼职;主持国自然优青/重大研究计划培育项目/面上项目、科技部重点研发子课题等20余项国家省部级项目,部分研究成果获得重庆市自然科学奖一等奖(第三),教学成果获得重庆大学教学成果特等奖、一等奖和二等奖等奖项。

2002年进入重庆邮电大学,获得学士学士(2006);
