我们主要利用生物化学,细胞生物学,分子生物学,遗传与表观遗传学,生物信息学等多学科生物实验手段,重点以去泛素化酶和去乙酰化酶为靶标,寻找其靶基因和调控因子,主攻癌症、兼顾其它如糖尿病、衰老性疾病、老年痴呆症等其它重大疾病的病理发生机理及其关键基因的调控网络,为开发具有潜在治疗价值的药物提供新靶标。
